Nairobi Women Representative Rechael Shebesh has moved to court to stop police arresting her.Her application has been placed before justice Majanja and will be heard tomorrow for directions.Kidero and Shebesh are to face charges after the court gave DPP go on after they failed to settle the matter outside court.

Kidero has not been charged. Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero has stopped police from charging him.
Justice Weldon Korir has stopped charges against Nairobi Governor until January 16.
However Justice Isaac Lenaola this morning allowed Director of Public Prosecution Keriako Tobiko to proceed with preferred charges against Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero and Women Representative Rachael Shebesh.
The court reached the decision Monday morning after the lawyers of the two parties confirmed to the court that the effort to reconcile them has failed.
Director of Public prosecution Keriako Tobiko had ordered that Kidero to be charged for assault and Shebesh for creating public disturbance.
Shebesh Lawyer Cecil Miller told the court his client was willing to face charges of causing public disturbance and asked the court to move on and set a date for the charges preferred against her.
Kidero’s Lawyers Tom Ojienda said that negotiations were still on and accused Shebesh for a bad faith.
Justice Isaac Lenaola said the two Nairobi leaders had failed to reach an amicable solution to settle the matter between them.
Shebesh had accused Kidero for assaulting in an incident that was captured on a camera as shebesh led striking county workers to his office on September.
Justice Lenaola issued the order after a petitioner moved to court to block prosecution recommended by Director of Public prosecution against Kidero.
The two were involved in a scuffle where Kidero is alleged to have slapped Shebesh. The two has recorded statement with the police.
Three Women has been charged in a Nairobi Chief Magistrate court in connection with stealing a laptop.
Anne wanjiru, Jane Karimi and Mary wangechi were accused that, on 6 January at a city restaurant along Moi Avenue stole a laptop, hard disk and a bag worth 45,000.The accused denied the charges and slapped with a cash bill 100,000 each.
The case will be mentioned before a Nairobi Senior Principal Magistrate Lucy Mbugua on 22 January. The three notorious women were caught on tape stealing a laptop to a customer of a city restaurant.
The police have been trailing the three and arrested them yesterday on action.
Six suspect who are expected to be charged in connection with murder of former Juja MP George Thuo today at Milimani Law Court in Nairobi.The Court ordered the accused to remanded at Muthaiga police station for one week.

Six suspects have today been arraigned in court in connection with the murder of former Juja Member of Parliament and government Chief Whip George Thuo.
However the six suspects we not charged after the office of Director of the Public Prosecution through state counsel Catherine Mwaniki applied to have the accused remanded at Muthaiga police station to allow the police to conduct and complete investigation before they face the criminal charges preferred against them.
The High Court vacation Judge, Justice David Majanja allowed the application by state counsel Catherine Mwaniki and ordered the accused suspects be remanded at Muthaga police station to enable the investigating officers to complete the investigations
The suspect includes the proprietor of a club in Thika town Paul Wainaina.The other accused are Christopher Andika, Andrew Karanja, Samuel Ngugi, Esther Mulinge and Ruth Irungu.
They will be brought in court on 14 January to faces preferred criminal charges against them.
The six were arrested on Friday after the investigation revealed the former legislator may have been poisoned. Thuo was former Juja legislator and government Chief Whip in Kibaki administration. He was removed by William Kabogo after a high contested Juja by-election which Kabogo emerged the winner.
The former legislator and government Chief Whip was reported to have died of a heart attack at a Thika hospital after he was rushed to the hospital after he collapsed in a local club while having drinks with friends.
