APPELLATE COURT TO DECIDE THE FATE OF WAITITU.

A three Appellate judges were told that the superior court had declined to order  for scrutiny of votes  in respect of the election of Evans Kiidero has  governor for  Nairobi county, his election was challnged by Ferdinard Waititu

 Justice Mohamed Warsame, GBM Kariuki and Patrick Kiage heard that the Justice Richard Mwongo erred in directing the scrutiny of vote in seven constituency in Nairobi to establish who between  Kidero and  Waititu won the election that was held on 4 March 20013.
The ought to have considered the request made by Waititu during the hearing of the election petition, Muite told the appellate judges.
The court will make the determination of the appeal on 16 May 2014.
