Businessman Bryan Yongo has lost bid to commence private prosecution against his former friend.

The court decline to allow him privately prosecutes Mr Jacob Juma whom he accusing of holding title deed of suit property located at Parkland area.
His application was withdrawn out on grounds, that its director of public prosecution who has the power to institute prosecution.
The trial court further observed that he lack locus and no evidence was shown that the Director of Public Prosecution was unable prosecute Mr Juma.
The court said that there civil pending before the high court in respect of the suit land and the no complaint has been made to the office of the Director of Public Prosecution in relation to the land.
Mr Yongo ought to demonstrate to the court that investigation has done to establish who owns good title deed.
