TWO FUGITIVES ARE WANTED IN BELGIUM TO FACE TERRORISM CHARGES.

Belgium government has requested for the extradition of two fugitive who are in  the country to go and face terrorism charges.

 In  the consequence a warrant of arrest has been issued against Mohamed Said  alias Ben Abdellah Smail and  Rachid Benomari who are wanted by the  government of Belgium, they are alleged to be in Kenya and  have been indicted by Brussels court of First Instance for terrorism and organized crimes related offenses.
The request was received  by the director of public prosecution Keriako Tobiko and the same has been duly made  to the republic of Kenya, by  the Federal Public Service Justice through the Embassy of  the Kingdom of Belgium in Nairobi.
The application  to execute the warrant  against the two fugitives  has been placed before a Nairobi court for directions.
