FOUR TERROR SUSPECT ARRAIGNED IN COURT.

Four terror suspects arrested in Nairobi’s Majengo area last weekend for being in possessing of explosives-making materials and bhang have been charged in court.
The four appeared before Nairobi Chief Magistrate Hannah Ndung’u where they denied the charges of being in possession of explosives and bhang.
Mohamed Yusuf, Jibril Kaima, Julius Kariuki and Mwanaidi Wanjiku were Thursday accused of being in possession of 62 pieces of Magnum Commercial explosive gel tubes in contravention of the Explosives Act.
They were also accused of being in possession of narcotic drugs on July 19, 2014 at Majengo area in Nairobi.
Yusuf who is a Ugandan is also facing an additional charge of being in the country illegally
The court was told that jointly with others yet to be apprehended were found in possession of 34 stones and 8 kilograms of bhang worth Sh 100,000.
They were remanded at Kilimani police station for seven days and the matter to be mention on 31 of July.
