Mohamud Abdi has been charged afresh with four counts before a Nairobi senior principal magistrate Joseph Karanja.
Among them is that he was found collecting and collating information against the law at Ole-Sauni in Fedha Estate on his laptop.
He had videos and maps bearing major installations in Nairobi including the National
Assembly, Sheria House, Hilton Hotel and Hotel Intercontinental.
He also had pictures and videos of churches among them Holy Family Basilica, Jesus is Alive ministries and PCEA Gateway Church near Kasarani as well as Springs Day-Care.
Mohamud is also claimed to have had maps bearing central bank of Kenya, University of Nairobi, Uhuru
Gardens and Kenya Science Kenyatta International Conference Centre, Central Bank of Kenya and Jesus Is Alive Ministries associated with the former assistant minister Margaret Wanjiru are some of the major installations in Nairobi that are alleged to have been earmarked for terror activities.
The prosecution however wants the court to conduct the matter in camera saying that it is sensitive, but his lawyer Mwita Chacha insist that the terror suspect is entitled to a public hearing.
The court will rule on how to conduct the proceedings next week Wednesday.
