CORD leaders Raila Odinga, Kalonzo Musyoka, Moses Wetangula, and James Orengo .

A church minister has gone to court to challenge the referendum crusaders and wants orders barring the CORD leaders from conducting the exercise.
Rev. John Mbugua and two others have sought that those championing for the referendum be stopped by the court, on grounds that the country conducted the same before 4 March 2013 general election.
The applicants wants specifically CORD leaders Raila Odinga, Kalonzo Musyoka, Moses Wetangula, James Orengo together with their respective political parties be permanently haled from engaging Kenyans in the referendum exercise.
Vacation judge Justice Isaac Lenaola directed the applicant to serve the suit papers upon the respondents and the matter be mentioned on 8 October for further directions.
