David Jomo alias Jomo Kenyatta Muigai, who claimed to be President Kenyatta personal assistant and Anthony Gichuki Ngatia and David Nderitu Githinji at Milimani law courts on February 9, 2015 where they denied several charges against them.

A man claiming to be President Uhuru Kenyatta personal assistant has been charged at a Nairobi Magistrate court.
Its alleged that on the 5 day of February 2015 David Jomo Muigai alias Jomo Kenyatta Muigai at the Directorate of Criminal Investigations Department Headquarters in Nairobi, gave information to Mr. Nicholas Ettyang,a police office, being a person employed in the public service to the effect that you are personal assistant to His Excellency the President, which information was intended to influence the said police office to discontinue criminal investigation touching on a parcel of land IR.4802 LR 7158/70 measuring 2.5 Acres situated at spring valley.
He denied the charge of presenting himself as the personal assistant of the president and Nairobi senior principal Magistrate directed him to execute personal bond terms of 10million or a cash bill of 3,000000 to secure his freedom or be remanded until the matter is heard and determined.
It’s also alleged that on or about 7 August 2014, Athony Gichuki Ngatia,David Nderitu and David Jomo Mugai alias Jomo Kenyatta Muigai in Nairobi county jointly with others not before court, with intent to defraud, conspired to defraud PAFCO LIMITED land parcel IR.NO. 4802 LR.NO 7158/70 measuring 2.5 Acres. Situated at spring valley valued at Ksh 338,000,000 by falsely pretending that you had purchased company shares from Ezekiel Nwosu Onweke and Joanna Nwaeke Onwere,directors of the said PAFCO Limited
The three accused are also accused that on or about August 2014,at unknown place with others not before court,with intent to defraud PAFCO limited land of parcel IR.NO 4802 L.R NO.71558/70, measuring 2.5 Acres situated at spring valued at Kshs 338,000,000 made a false document namely minutes of a meeting, purporting it to be genuine and valid minutes of a meeting signed by by Ezekiel Nwosu Onwere a director of the said PAFCO limited.
They are further accused on the same date August last year with others not before court, the made a false document namely a transfer of shares or stock, purporting it to be a genuine and valid transfer of shares or stock signed by Eziekiel Nwosu Onwetre a director of the said PAFCO limited.
It’s also alleged on the same date at unknown place with the country, the three accused made a force document namely an affidavit, purporting it to be genuine and valid affidavit signed by Joanna Onwaeke a director of the said company.
They are also accused of making a false document namely a letter of resignation as a director and a shareholder of a company, purporting it to be genuine and valid letter signed by the said director of PAFCO limited.
The accused all facing counts apart from David Jomo Muigai who is facing 7 counts which one is accused of presenting himself as the personal assistant of the president Kenyatta.
They were released on a cash bill of 3 million and a bond of 10million each after they pleaded not guilty to all charges they are accused off.
Their lawyers led by Ndwega Njiru had requested the court to admit the on a lenient bill terms since the accused lives within the jurisdiction of the court.
He further requested to be supplied with all relevant document prosecutions intends to use on the trial against his client.
Nairobi Senior Principal Magistrate directed the matter to be heard on 13 of April 2015 after he declined to grant the two days sought by defence for the hearing of the matter and ordered them to raise the issue before trial court.
